Business Development Key Account Manager - Learning Services

Role Overview: Join Synergetics as a Business Development Key Account Manager to meet the increasing demand for Learning Services globally. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, developing training programs, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Identify and pursue net new business opportunities in untapped customers and geographies. - Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Conduct training needs assessments with customers and propose detailed training plans. - Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers. - Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates. - Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management. - Analyze sales/metrics data from accounts to refine sales strategy. - Collaborate with partners on joint selling opportunities. - Execute effective Sales Campaigns. Qualification Required: - BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable). - Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Solution sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Decent knowledge of emerging technologies. - Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills. - Target-driven with a deep commitment to succeed. - Ability to handle workload and work pressure. - Willingness to travel.
