As a Business Development Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for Learning Services globally. This position offers a highly visible opportunity with significant customer impact, allowing you to combine your passion for business development, learning, and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Drive net new business in untapped customers and geographies. - Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Conduct training needs assessments with customers. - Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Learning Services as well as best practice implementations. - Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers. - Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies. - Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans. - Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates. - Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management. - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services. - Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy. - Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities. - Execution of effective Sales Campaigns. Qualifications: - BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable). - 1+ years in IT Solution sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Decent emerging technology orientation. - Good presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills. - Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand. - Must be target-driven with a deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization. - Ability to handle workload and work pressure. - Willingness to travel.
