Key Responsibilities

Design and curate comprehensive training syllabi tailored to corporate requirements and audience needs. Develop structured training modules, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.

Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions with confidence and clarity.

Assess training needs and customize content accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Evaluate trainee performance and gather feedback to continuously improve training quality.

Coordinate with internal teams to align training objectives with business goals.

Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar training role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Demonstrated expertise in syllabus creation and training module development.

Charismatic, confident, and professional personality with strong audience engagement skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver content in an impactful manner.

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
