Corporate Trainer

As a Leadership and Communication Coach at Kapable, your role involves coaching senior-level professionals 1:1 on key leadership and communication competencies. You will facilitate live simulations and role-play exercises to strengthen real-world application, tailoring your delivery based on individual backgrounds, goals, and workplace contexts. Your responsibilities include guiding participants in areas such as executive presence, strategic thinking, storytelling, conflict resolution, and persuasive speaking. Additionally, you will provide focused feedback, practical frameworks, and long-term growth strategies while collaborating with the learning team to refine and customize sessions.
