Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for professionals across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of corporate learning environments, and the ability to create structured, outcome-oriented training modules that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate comprehensive training syllabi tailored to corporate requirements and audience needs. Develop structured training modules, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.
• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions with confidence and clarity.
• Assess training needs and customize content accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Evaluate trainee performance and gather feedback to continuously improve training quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training objectives with business goals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate training.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in syllabus creation and training module development.
• Charismatic, confident, and professional personality with strong audience engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver content in an impactful manner.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Standard business hours
