Job Description

You will be responsible for candidate management and delivering a full-cycle recruitment process: screening, interviewing, scheduling, conducting job offers, and onboarding new hires - while contributing to the achievement of recruitment targets for your team
You will conduct proactive pooling for future requirements; and provide timely feedback to candidates-in-process
You are expected to attend and manage business meetings - to share updates, insights and build continuous communication with hiring managers
You must be adept at organizing and prioritizing your work with regard to management of requisitions, and create effective action plans to speedily process and close out these requirements
You must be meticulous in maintaining details on your hiring processes, able to analyze your data and ensure the accuracy of metrics, reports and other key performance areas
You must be collaborative and able to work well with Human Resources and other key departments - to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and efficient

Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

Emotionally intelligent with excellent customer service and candidate management skills
Experience in handling non-agent, support, and executive recruitment
Knowledge and experience in preparing reports and analysis
Tech-savvy to utilize our recruitment tools: Workday, Oracle and similar tools
Able to work in a fast-paced, flexible, collaborative Can Do environment
