Role & responsibilities

Project Implementation & Coordination

• Assist in implementing CSR and CDP projects at the field level, in coordination with SPVs, partner NGOs, agencies, and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth execution and monitoring of ongoing programs such as Miyawaki forests, solar streetlights, water & sanitation, education initiatives, environment projects, skill development, etc.
• Maintain regular communication with community stakeholders and local authorities.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Collect, compile, and analyze field-level data, feedback, and beneficiary information.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, case studies, and success stories for internal and external use.
• Support third-party impact assessments and audits.

Compliance & Documentation

• Assist in ensuring CSR activities align with Section 135 of Companies Act (India) and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of approvals, expenditure, and program-related records.
• Support preparation of information for sustainability/CSR reports.

Community Engagement

• Participate in community consultations, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Build rapport with local communities and beneficiaries to understand needs and gaps.

Coordination with SPVs Partners

• Support in identifying and liaising with NGOs, implementation partners, and consultants.
• Track partner deliverables and maintain effective coordination.

Capacity Building & Learning

• Participate in internal trainings and awareness sessions related to CSR, sustainability, and E&S management.
• Stay updated on CSR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
