Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and fundraising plans to support organizational initiatives.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, donor events, and CSR projects.
• Maintain donor database and ensure timely communication, reporting, and acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align CSR initiatives with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for donors and stakeholders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report CSR project outcomes to ensure compliance and impact assessment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education

  : Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• Experience

  : 5–7 years of relevant CSR, donor management, or fundraising experience.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR program execution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
