Role Summary

Looking for a passionate individual to lead on-ground efforts in financial inclusion, awareness of government schemes, grassroots marketing, and community mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize communities, SHGs, and local leaders for awareness drives
• Educate people on banking, savings, loans, and government welfare schemes
• Conduct on-ground campaigns, field camps, and workshops
• Promote enrollment in schemes (PMJJBY, PMSBY, Mudra, etc.)
• Drive local marketing (posters and WhatsApp outreach etc)
• Maintain field data, reports, and feedback for improvement and social media for the same
• Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Management is a plus but any graduate can apply
• 2+ years in community or field work (or strong volunteer experience)
• Strong communication, local connect, and willingness to travel
• Basic computer/reporting skills
• Prior work with cooperatives, SHGs, or government schemes is a plus
