Job Description – Corporate Sales Trainee
Location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible within IST)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Sales Trainee who is eager to kick-start a career in client acquisition, sales, and account management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B outreach, consultative sales, and client servicing in a fast-paced recruitment and HR solutions firm.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and identify potential B2B clients (startups, SMBs, HR teams)
· Support outreach activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
· Assist in preparing and customizing sales proposals and decks
· Participate in client calls and meetings to understand hiring needs
· Maintain CRM/data trackers using Google Sheets for lead and client pipelines
Assist in coordinating onboarding and service delivery for clients
· Support in reporting hiring status and client feedback internally
· Learn to identify upsell opportunities for other services like GenieVerify, GenieFlex, HR Advisory & People Ops, and Payroll
· Share weekly updates with your reporting manager
What We’re Looking For
· 0–1 year of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles (internships count)
· Good communication in English and Hindi (both written & verbal)
· Strong willingness to learn, research, and grow in a sales/client success role
· Familiarity with email, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
· Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a startup environment
· Comfortable speaking with professionals and understanding business needs
· Open to travel for client meetings, business events, and networking sessions, with flexibility to work dynamic hours based on business needs.
Compensation & Incentives
· Monthly Fixed Stipend (First 3 months): ₹12,000 – ₹23,000/month (based on experience & performance)
· Yearly Fixed CTC (Post 3 months): ₹3 – ₹4.20 LPA
· Incentives: ₹1,947 per successful account closure
· Quarterly Bonus: 10% of revenue from your closed accounts/projects
