Job Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential companies / corporates through market mapping, cold calling, referrals, and market research to figure out respective need of talent acquisition/ hiring. Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate/consultant clients by assessing their business requirements. Achieving sales targets through new acquisition of B2B clients and growing business from upsell and cross sell. Developing a database of qualified leads through meeting ,prospecting, social media, and other channels. A rea Mapping, prospecting, negotiation , freezing on commercials, and closing deals with the necessary documentation. Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospect Keeping a track of industry trends, products, and competitors market. Dashboard and reporting.
