Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Corporate Sales Professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in new business development and corporate client acquisition, preferably from the insurance broking industry or direct corporate sales within an insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Drive new business development through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in corporate sales, preferably in insurance broking or direct corporate sales in an insurance company.
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand insurance products and explain them effectively to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
