Position: Corporate Sales Professional

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Professional to manage B2B sales, acquire new corporate clients, and strengthen long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate sales, enterprise accounts, and solution-based selling, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for renewals and upselling.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales strategies, client acquisition, and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
