Achieve assigned sales targets (premium, number of policies, product mix) through partner bank branches.
Build and nurture strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff to maximize insurance sales opportunities.
Conduct regular training and joint calls with bank teams to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Deploy, manage, and motivate Relationship Managers / Insurance Sales Officers in assigned branches.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance of each branch; take corrective action where needed.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies in all banca activities.
Drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives linked with banking products (e.g., loan protection, savings-linked plans).
Generate MIS/reports on performance, branch activation, and business quality for management review.
Strong understanding of banking and life insurance products.
Relationship management and influencing skills (with bank leadership and staff).
Ability to lead and motivate a front-line sales team.
Analytical skills to monitor branch-level performance.
Communication, training, and presentation skills.
Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.
5-15 years of experience in sales.
