Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets (premium, number of policies, product mix) through partner bank branches.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff to maximize insurance sales opportunities.

• Conduct regular training and joint calls with bank teams to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

• Deploy, manage, and motivate Relationship Managers / Insurance Sales Officers in assigned branches.

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance of each branch; take corrective action where needed.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies in all banca activities.

• Drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives linked with banking products (e.g., loan protection, savings-linked plans).

• Generate MIS/reports on performance, branch activation, and business quality for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.

• 5-15 years of experience in sales.
