About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead business generation from corporate clients, institutional investors, and high-value partners for our luxury residential project in Shimla. The role blends strategic sales planning with management to create long-term partnerships and premium sales conversions.

Experience Required: 5–10 years in Real Estate/Vacation Homes/Hospitality/Luxury Hotel Sales(B2B)/Automobile (Luxury Segment)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop corporate tie-ups, institutional relationships, and investment partnerships to generate qualified leads.
  • Pitch premium real estate offerings to companies for employee housing schemes, investment programs, and executive retreats.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and customized sales discussions with senior corporate and HNI clients.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and channel teams to execute B2B campaigns, roadshows, and corporate outreach events.
  • Build a strong referral ecosystem through real estate consultants, relocation firms, and business associations.
  • Monitor competitor performance, pricing trends, and emerging corporate demand in NCR, Chandigarh, and North India.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, forecasting, and sales tracking dashboards.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through personalized sales support and seamless coordination with CRM teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in corporate sales, preferably in luxury Hotels of Shimla/Delhi NCr/Tricity.
  • Excellent network of corporate HR, admin, and procurement heads.
  • Proven track record in generating large-ticket sales and B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with intercity travel (Shimla–Chandigarh–NCR corridor).
  • Should be own a personal vehicle for local travel.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred.
