Role & responsibilities Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager Real Estate Location: Banjara Hills Reports to: Head of Sales / Director Sales & Marketing Department: Corporate Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive the institutional and corporate sales of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will build strategic relationships with corporates, multinationals, and investment groups, promoting our residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong B2B sales expertise, networking skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development: Identify and target corporate clients, multinational companies (MNCs), and investors for property sales and leasing. Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the corporate client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, admin managers, and CXOs. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits for corporate clients. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value property deals. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts customized to corporate client needs. Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate networking forums. Organize property showcases, corporate tie-ups, and roadshows. Market Intelligence: Monitor corporate market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs. Provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales teams, marketing teams, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal closures. Work closely with project development and operations teams for customized corporate offerings. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, banking, or related industries. Strong B2B and institutional sales background. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of property markets, legal procedures related to real estate transactions, and corporate buying behavior. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Skills: Existing network of corporate and institutional clients is a strong advantage. Experience in leasing commercial spaces will be a plus. High energy level, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach. Preferred candidate profile
