Role & responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, especially with CXO-level decision-makers. Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts based on client needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure delivery excellence. Monitor sales performance, manage pipelines, and generate accurate forecasts using CRM tools. Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product development and sales strategy. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and key promotional events. (If applicable) Manage, mentor, and support a team of corporate sales executives. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales (preferably in a product-focused company, not SaaS/IT). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable and confident engaging with CXO-level management. Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and basic familiarity with Google Sheets. Domain Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge in the packaging industry is a bonus.
