Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients (e.g., corporate clients, event organizers, venue managers, private individuals, etc.) for services/products. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the entertainment sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client needs and tailor entertainment solutions to meet their specific requirements. Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Sales & Revenue Generation: Present and pitch offerings (e.g., event management, artist bookings, specific entertainment concepts, venue tie-ups, etc.) to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals effectively. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities. Provide feedback to the management on market demands and client preferences to help refine offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the entertainment, events, hospitality, or media industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
