Corporate Sales Head

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your main role will be to generate revenue for the company through Multimedia solutions in your assigned city or region. You will need to coordinate regularly with the Programming & Marketing teams for client activities, ideation, and events. It is essential to maintain strong relationships with agency personnel, clients, and key decision makers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement sales strategies on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis for your city - Provide guidance to the sales team by developing, implementing, and monitoring progress of sales plans - Monitor competition and devise strategies to increase market share - Oversee the revenue performance of the city and focus on yield maximization - Identify and implement strategies to attract new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies - Recommend pricing strategies for the city - Ensure compliance with company policies in all revenue processes In terms of people management, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to close large value sales deals. You will also need to conceptualize and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to capitalize on them. Identifying talent and providing feedback for their development will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be required to manage internal stakeholders such as the Content Team, Finance, Scheduling, and Corporate Office. Your technical skills should include a post-graduate degree with 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from any industry.
