Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and Nurture Key Accounts Foster long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and understanding their unique needs and objectives. 2. Develop and Implement Business Plans Create comprehensive business plans aimed at achieving strategic objectives and revenue targets. Continuously assess and adjust plans based on market conditions and performance metrics. 3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are resolved effectively. Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience. 4. Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data-driven insights. 5. Demonstrate Strong Analytical Skills Utilize strong analytical abilities to understand and apply key account management principles. Drive business success through informed decision-making and strategic planning. 6. Conduct Effective Negotiations Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms and agreements. Align negotiations with company goals and objectives, ensuring mutual benefits. 7. Handle Responsibilities Independently Demonstrate the ability to manage key accounts independently, taking full ownership of responsibilities. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred)
