Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FTTH Splicer to join our field team. The role involves splicing fiber optic cables , ensuring high-quality fiber connections for residential and commercial FTTH (Fiber to the Home) services, and maintaining service reliability. Key Responsibilities: Perform fusion or mechanical splicing of fiber optic cables. Conduct OTDR, power meter, and light source testing to ensure proper installation and performance. Install and maintain fiber termination panels, splitters, ONT/OLT devices , and junction boxes. Identify and repair faults in FTTH networks using diagnostic tools. Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety and technical standards . Maintain accurate splicing and test documentation . Collaborate with the network design, operations, and support teams. Handle customer site fiber drop connections when needed. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in fiber splicing and FTTH deployment. Familiarity with OTDR, fusion splicer, power meter , and other fiber tools. Knowledge of GPON/EPON network architecture is a plus. Basic understanding of network routing and customer premises installation . Ability to read fiber layout plans and schematic diagrams. Strong attention to detail and safety.
