Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Conduct presentations, demos, and pitches to showcase products/services and build rapport with potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the employment or recruitment sector.
Strong understanding of the employment landscape and current market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
