Corporate Sales Executive

Position :- Corporate Sales Location:- Lucknow Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients in sectors requiring services such as staff augmentation, RPO, leadership hiring, payroll management, training, event management, advertising, and branding. Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and convert leads into corporate clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, marketing professionals, and key decision-makers in target organizations to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Solution Selling: Understand clients business challenges and offer tailored solutions from BCS Consulting’s suite of services, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements. Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation and sales process, ensuring competitive pricing, addressing client objections, and effectively closing deals. Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (HR, Operations, Marketing, and Delivery) to ensure seamless execution of services and client satisfaction. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, report on sales activities, and forecast revenue growth regularly to senior management. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
