Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition

    : Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and build a database of leads.

    , and other B2B tools to identify prospects and schedule meetings.
  • Client Engagement

    : Build strong relationships with prospective clients, clearly presenting our offerings and value propositions.
  • Sales Target Achievement

    : Work towards meeting and exceeding individual sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.
  • Sales Follow-ups

    : Take ownership of leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Proposal Development

    : Assist in preparing tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Objection Handling

    : Handle objections effectively and confidently during negotiations.
  • Reporting and Coordination

    : Maintain an updated sales pipeline, report progress to management, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 to 3 years of experience

    in

    B2B sales

    , preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
