Job Summary

Our "Trainings" vertical offers a range of modules, which have been widely subscribed by professionals across the globe, on different aspects of project management. We require professional/s to anchor the process of expansion of this business line.

Essential Functions

The Sales Executive will perform following key functions:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals through both team efforts and personal contributions.
  • Individual Contribution: Actively engage in sales activities, including customer acquisition, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and present sales forecasts to the management team.

Essential Qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with B2C lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
