We are hiring for Corporate Relationship Manager

Qualification- Graduation mandatory

Experience-5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, with a strong focus in the insurance domain mandatory

Language-English & Kannada

Package- 6 LPA to 12LPA

Work time-Day shift

Working Days- 6 days

Location- Mahatma Gandhi Rd, Yellappa Garden, Yellappa Chetty Layout, Sivanchetti Gardens, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team leadership.
• Displaying consistently high energy, integrity, and commitment to the job.
• Having a problem-solving approach.
• Work closely with internal teams (claims, underwriting, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the sales team in generating leads and closing business.

Requirements:

• Commercial insurance experience, e. g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
• B2B sales experience is a must
• The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
• Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
• A strong problem-solving approach
• Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
• Drive to build a large business and progress within our organization
• Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.

• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of General Insurance products
• Experience with broking portals and insurer systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
