Role Description

Building Strong Relationships with Institute Stakeholders:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders including faculty, students, alumni, administrative staff, and governing bodies.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring their involvement and support in the institute's initiatives and projects.
• Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  

2.Establishing Industry Institute Collaboration:

• Identify potential industry partners aligned with the institute's goals and objectives.
• Initiate and negotiate partnerships and collaborations between the institute and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and implement programs to foster meaningful collaborations, such as internships, research projects, and joint ventures.
• Organize networking events, workshops, and conferences to facilitate interactions between industry professionals and institute members.
  

3.Establishing Relations with Industry for Setting up Centers of Excellence (CoE), Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Tech Talks, etc.:

• Identify opportunities for establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) in collaboration with industry partners.
• Negotiate and draft Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) outlining terms of collaboration between the institute and industry partners.
• Organize technology talks, seminars, and workshops with industry experts to exchange knowledge and expertise.
• Facilitate the setup and operation of CoEs, ensuring smooth collaboration and achievement of mutual objectives.
  

Qualifications

• Master Degree with minimum 3-5 years experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the education industry and market trends
• Strong Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry-academia collaborations and technology transfer processes.
