This individual will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, manage a team of 3040 members including 23 Team Leads, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure hiring targets are met within defined SLAs and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team ensuring timely and quality delivery of hiring requirements. Drive day-to-day operations including recruitment forecasting, planning, and process optimization. Monitor and enhance team productivity, especially in a night shift and remote/hybrid setup. Strong knowledge of US geography, time zones , and labor market trends . Expertise in sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and use of job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment reporting tools. Ability to work in night shifts (EST/PST) and manage rotational schedules.
