Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers for the role of Corporate Recruiter in our in-house Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their HR career and learn end-to-end recruitment processes while working closely with internal hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for corporate and internal positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Post job openings on portals and social platforms.
  • Source and screen resumes through portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to check candidate fit and interest.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment MIS and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office tools.
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment functions and tools.
  • Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working in the 1 PM–10 PM IST shift.
