About the Role

We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter who can find the right people for the right roles. Someone who understands hiring beyond just checking boxes and enjoys discovering talent that fits both skills and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the company
• Write job postings that clearly communicate what we need
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networks, and referrals
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR rounds to check culture and skill fit
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Follow up consistently to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding
• Look for new ways to improve the hiring process

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Comfortable using job portals, social platforms, and database searches
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organising and follow-up abilities
• A positive, proactive approach to hiring
