Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage bulk hiring processes from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, and internal hiring within the US staffing domain. Strong understanding of US recruitment market trends and regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
