As a Corporate Recruiter at Saiva System, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions within the company. With 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce fashion brand. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, this full-time role requires individuals with a proven track record in corporate recruitment and a strong understanding of the fashion industry. Your role will involve coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and developing effective sourcing strategies. You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates through various channels, conducting thorough interviews and assessments, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you will build and maintain a talent pipeline, collaborate with the HR team for onboarding processes, and stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms. A good knowledge of employment laws and regulations, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
