Role Description

Corporate Real Estate Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Partnerships:

    Build strategic relationships with corporates, HR/Admin teams, and decision-makers to position Riverwood Estate as the preferred housing option for their employees.
  • Lead Generation:

    Develop corporate tie-ups, roadshows, and employee engagement programs to generate quality leads.
  • Employee Housing Programs:

    Design and execute corporate-exclusive offers (group buying, employee discounts, salary-deduction EMIs, pre-approved loan tie-ups).
  • Sales & Conversions:

    Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiations, deal closure, and post-sales support.
  • Events & Activations:

    Organize site visits, open-house weekends, and in-office kiosks to showcase Riverwood Estate to corporate employees.
  • Digital Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing team on LinkedIn, WhatsApp API, and other corporate outreach campaigns.
  • Networking:

    Maintain strong relationships with corporate clusters in Delhi-NCR, Gurugram, Bahadurgarh, Sonipat, and IMT Kharkhauda industrial belt.
  • Targets & Reporting:

    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide timely MIS reports on performance, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in

    real estate sales

    , preferably with exposure to corporate/B2B sales.
  • Strong corporate network in

    Delhi-NCR & industrial regions (IMT Kharkhauda, Manesar, Gurugram, Sonipat, Bahadurgarh)

    .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new channels of sales.
