Very good permanent positions for Real Estate Business Analyst role with a TOP Oil & Gas company @ Bangalore

Role Title : Real Estate Business Analyst

Shift : Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm OR 1.30pm to 10.30pm IST

Its an Office based Job (Monday to Friday) No Work From Home

Small Briefing/Desirable Criteria:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

7+ Years of experience into Business Analysis (BRD/FRD)

Responsible for the collection and analysis of data from contemporary and emerging systems and technologies

Real Estate Facilities Management experience (Good to have)

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (Any1 Preferred)

Practical exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Workflow Management Systems (IWMS), or on a Real Estate Data Foundation Program Support.

Experience into Data Analysis, Data Manipulation & Data Visualization
