Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management including Business Management and Technology Management
  • Establish and chair site leadership forums and R&D leadership working groups with cross functional representation of stakeholders across sites
  • Management of the R&RS/RACI matrix across the programs
  • Plan, Budget, Resource, Issue, Risk and Dependency management across the programs
  • Lead client site visits, coordinate with IS&T, Procurement, R&D, Finance, Sales, GSD, Facilities and HR
  • Lead the collection, co-ordination, analysis and distribution of management information across initiatives. Establish reporting requirements and manage reporting process, including definition of leading / lagging indicators
  • Serve as a point of contact for logistics, governance for site-wide programs like QBR, Town Halls, Kick Off
  • Champion best practice and lead by example in implementation of existing and new PMO processes and procedures
  • Proactively identify areas for change across site wide programs and work with R&D Directors to lead change
  • Act as subject matter expert to support implementation of project management best demonstrated practices
  • Own creation of monthly site snapshots, QBR decks, Executive Decks, Town Hall Decks

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Strategy & Governance

  • Partner with global and India leadership to define, operationalize, and execute the India site strategy and VSEM.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to track, measure, and report on site-level priorities, projects, and outcomes.
  • Own creation of monthly site snapshots, QBR decks, Executive Decks, Town Hall Decks
  • Program & Project Management

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder programs that impact the India site.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives including workforce expansion, site infrastructure, workplace experience, business continuity, and employee engagement.
  • Track milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the point of contact for site-wide initiatives, liaising with local and global leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, corporate functions, and external partners.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Identify gaps in site operations and proactively design scalable solutions.
  • Implement best practices, frameworks, and tools for efficient program execution and governance.
  • People & Culture

  • Partner with HR, Communications, and leadership to shape the employee experience, culture, and engagement at the site.
  • Support leadership forums, all-hands meetings, and internal communications.

  • oExtensive knowledge of and experience applying best practices to methodology, standards, reporting, templates, tools, and controls across project/program management and governance

Education & Experience:

o Overall 10+ years of program/project management experience (including 2+ years' Corporate PMO)
o MS Office advanced level skills with Word, Excel and Power Point
o Project Management Tool (MS Project) proficiency

Additional preferred experience:

o 2+ years consulting experience
o Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools experience
