The role involves documentation, title due diligence, land acquisition, and government liaison. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, MoUs, etc. Conducting land title verification and due diligence. Handling legal aspects of land acquisition and conveyancing. Coordinating with registration offices and local authorities. Maintaining organized legal documentation. ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements: LL.B. degree from a recognized university. 4–5 years of relevant experience in land/legal matters. Strong understanding of Maharashtra land laws. Excellent drafting and communication skills.
