• Experience Required: 35 years in real estate pre-sales or similar domains
  

Role Overview

Pre-Sales Executive

• Engaging with potential buyers to understand needs and pitch Urbanbricks vision of premium, sustainable plots.
  
• Conducting site tours of NA bungalow plots and guiding prospects through their investment journey.
  
• Maintaining and updating customer interactions and lead data in CRM systems.
  
• Collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion.
  
• Following up with clients from inquiries, referrals, digital channels, and site visits.
  
• Providing regular lead status and conversion reports to leadership.

Key Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA (especially in Marketing) is a plus.

• Experience:

  3-6 years in real estate pre-sales, sales coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
