We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our growing team at Stranity India. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable backend systems, managing databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Python. Work with MySQL and MongoDB for data modeling and performance optimization. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Debug and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Python frameworks (like Django / Flask / FastAPI). Good understanding of MySQL and MongoDB databases. Familiarity with version control (Git) and RESTful API design. Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
