Recovery Proceedings and IPR Protection Oversee recovery proceedings related to unpaid dues or breached agreements, employing legal strategies to maximize recoveries. Manage intellectual property protection, including trademarks, patents, and proprietary technologies used in manufacturing and mining operations. 6. System and Database Management You will establish systems for efficient contract lifecycle management, including maintaining a repository of agreements, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and obligations.
