Job Overview:

Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure ongoing compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
Regulatory Filings:
Prepare and submit all necessary filings, reports, and disclosures to stock exchanges (BSE, NSE) and SEBI within specified deadlines.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Advisory Role:
Provide expert advice and guidance to various departments on compliance-related matters, including corporate actions, related party transactions, and insider trading.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise effectively with stock exchanges, SEBI officials, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders like the Board of Directors and senior management.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain meticulous records of all compliance-related activities, filings, and correspondence for audit and review purposes.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on the latest changes in listing regulations, corporate governance norms, and legal frameworks impacting listed entities.

Knowledge Required

In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other corporate laws.
