Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for business loans, home loans, loan against property, mortgage loans, and secured loans.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the NBFC space.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or related field (NBFC).
  • Strong understanding of various types of loans such as business loans, home loans, LAP loans etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
