Relevant Industry

IT Infrastructure

Handle all statutory and secretarial functions as per Companies Act.
Manage and update Tally accounting data.
Prepare and file
TDS
and
GST
returns on time.
Ensure timely
ROC filings
, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
Maintain statutory registers, minutes, resolutions, and company records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance matters.
Assist management with financial and legal documentation as required.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all filings and records.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

CS-qualified professional with 1 - 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Prior exposure to IT or service-based companies preferred (optional).
