Corporate HR (US Staffing)

As a Corporate HR (US Staffing) with a minimum of 1 year experience in prior US in-house hiring, your primary responsibility will be to source candidates from various channels and evaluate them based on their skills, functionality, domain knowledge, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, negotiating compensation packages, extending job offers, facilitating candidate placements, and seeking referrals from other qualified consultants. In this role, you will also be expected to support various HR-related operations such as employee relations, induction programs, organizing fun activities, managing joining and exit formalities, and other related tasks to ensure a smooth functioning of HR processes. The working schedule for this position is from Monday to Friday with fixed off days on Saturdays and Sundays.
