What You’ll Bring:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience catering internal hiring needs for US Staffing domain (direct clients)
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience hiring US IT Recruiters, Delivery/Account managers, Talent Acquisition/Corporate HR and BDE/BDM
✔️ Strong sourcing skills using Naukri and LinkedIn
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Proactive approach with the ability to manage hiring independently
✔️ Positive attitude, team spirit, and target-driven mindset
