Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing the candidate from various sources.
Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications.
Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
And support other HR related tasks in operations like Employee relations, Induction, fun activities, joining formalities, exit formalities, etc.
