Corporate Finance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst with a proven background in renowned analytics firms such as MuSigma, EXL, Fractal, or similar. This role requires a deep analytical mindset, problem-solving prowess, and the ability to unravel meaningful insights from data. You will work individually (reporting to Sales Strategy) and collaborate closely with Presales team, leverage complex data sets, and contribute to data-driven strategies that drive Lodha Groups Presales team s success.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Intelligence (Pre-Sales):
   • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer behavior, preferences, and demand patterns to enable better sourcing
   • Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis to enable better customer targeting
2. Data Visualization and Reporting:
   • Create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc., to convey complex insights to stakeholders
   • Craft intuitive visualizations to support strategic discussions and presentations
3. Predictive Modeling:
   • Design, validate, and refine predictive models to anticipate market trends, and customer preferences.
   • Employ advanced analytical techniques to drive actionable insights from historical and real-time data.
4. Data Quality Initiatives:
   • Contribute to data cleansing, transformation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
