Corporate E-learning content developer

About the Role:

Mahindra Finance is seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate E-Learning Content Developer for a full-time, on-site role in Kurla, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging digital learning experiences that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance across functions.

Key Responsibilities

-Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning content tailored to diverse training needs.

- Apply instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences.

- Develop content using tools such as Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and other multimedia software.

- Manage and upload content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure seamless user experience.

- Ensure all e-learning materials are SCORM-compliant and meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with training teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather inputs and deliver effective training solutions.

- Utilize Photoshop and Premiere Pro for visual and video-based content development. - Continuously improve learning modules based on feedback and performance data.

- Maintain project timelines and support training rollouts across departments.

Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Vyond - Knowledge of SCORM standards

- Experience with LMS platforms - Strong understanding of Instructional Design and Training & Development

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred / Advantageous:

- Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, E-learning, Multimedia, or related field

- Prior corporate experience in BFSI or Financial Services - Familiarity with corporate learning strategies and adult learning principles
