What you will do:

• Design and develop high-impact e-learning, digital, and microlearning modules using instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Create multilingual content to ensure our learning is accessible and inclusive.
• 
  
• Provide end-to-end multimedia support for key events, including creating video nuggets and gamified content.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• 
  
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including hosting and testing SCORM packages.
• 
  
• Explore and apply emerging trends, new tools, and AI-powered technologies in content creation.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in e-learning, digital, and microlearning content design and development.
• 
  
• Strong experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and Canva.
• 
  
• 
  
• Skills in video authoring tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• 
  
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards.
• 
  
• The ability to create multilingual and inclusive learning content.
• 
  
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
