We are looking for an individual to design, develop, and implement innovative e-learning, microlearning, and other digital learning solutions to help build our organization's capabilities. 📍 Location: Kurla, Mumbai (Work from Office) 💰 Compensation: Up to ₹8 Lakhs CTC per annum What you will do: Design and develop high-impact e-learning, digital, and microlearning modules using instructional design and adult learning principles. Create multilingual content to ensure our learning is accessible and inclusive. Provide end-to-end multimedia support for key events, including creating video nuggets and gamified content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and training needs. Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including hosting and testing SCORM packages. Explore and apply emerging trends, new tools, and AI-powered technologies in content creation. What we are looking for: Proficiency in e-learning, digital, and microlearning content design and development. Strong experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and Canva. Skills in video authoring tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards. The ability to create multilingual and inclusive learning content. Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
