Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef located in Pune. The Corporate Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, and food & beverage services, ensuring all culinary operations meet the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing menus, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency in the kitchen. The Corporate Executive Chef will collaborate with management to create innovative dishes that align with Kannu ki Chai's brand and enhance the customer experience.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative R&D/NPD Chef to lead the development of new products such as Kannu ki Chai. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, experience in recipe formulation, and the ability to translate kitchen creations into scalable products.
